This is primarily for individuals and families who require a detailed assessment before choosing a migration pathway.

• Consideration of relevant skilled, employer-sponsored or other visa pathways
• Occupation and skills assessment considerations
• Indicative points and English-language requirements where relevant
• State or Territory nomination opportunities where applicable
• Identification of significant risks or evidentiary gaps
• Written recommendations and practical next steps

Individuals and employers

Visa Refusal Review

This is for individuals or employers who have received a visa, nomination or sponsorship refusal and require an urgent professional review.

• Review of the refusal decision and key application documents
• Identification of the main reasons for refusal
• Preliminary consideration of review rights and relevant deadlines
• Assessment of whether a new application or another strategy may be available
• Written preliminary recommendations regarding the available next steps

This fee does not include preparing or lodging an ART review application, detailed submissions or a new visa application. Those services would be quoted separately after the initial review.
