This is specifically for employers considering sponsoring an existing worker or recruiting an overseas candidate.

What the assessment includes
- Preliminary assessment of the employer’s sponsorship position
- Review of the proposed role, duties, salary and location
- Consideration of the appropriate occupation and visa pathway
- Preliminary candidate eligibility where a candidate has been identified
- Consideration of Standard Business Sponsorship, Labour Market Testing, nomination and visa requirements
- Identification of whether a Labour Agreement or alternative pathway may be required
- A recommended process, anticipated stages and indicative costs
Can’t use a standard sponsorship pathway?
Explore whether a Labour Agreement, DAMA or other workforce solution may be available, rather than concluding that sponsorship is not possible.

What does the Employer Sponsorship Assessment cost?
$550 + GST. The Employer Sponsorship Assessment and Strategic Migration Assessment are currently priced at the same level. The Initial Migration Consultation is available to both employers and individuals at the same price.
Is the free enquiry the same as the assessment?
No. A free initial enquiry allows us to determine whether we offer the relevant service and identify the appropriate next step. It does not include tailored migration advice, detailed eligibility assessment or a recommended migration strategy. Tailored migration advice and eligibility assessments are provided through a paid consultation or assessment under a formal engagement.
What if standard sponsorship is not available for our role?
The assessment includes identification of whether a Labour Agreement or alternative pathway may be required.
